Our Challenge :
Oscar Sky Park By Patel Timber Group is a leading Real Estate Group In Gujarat.
Patel Timber Group needed a partner to create and maintain social media presence and want to increase local awareness to get visitors for it’s upcoming real estate site. To support this mission, we developed three social media objectives:
- Build awareness among local people about construction site ” Oscar Sky Park”.
- Increase engagement on a Facebook page to get more likes, comments and messages.
- Drive Visitors for it’s Construction Site to book an apartment.
Solution :
We strategically geo-targeted within a 30-mile radius of the construction site addresses (to drive in-visitors for a site). We targeted users within the geography showing interest in Buying Properties and create stunning ads design to attract visitors.
Results :
- Get more then 268K+ impression and 55k+ reach on Oscar Sky Park Facebook page with in 3 months.
- Campaign garnered over 5.5K link clicks on facebook post at the low CPC of Rs. 0.66
- Get 296+ New Message Connection, 720+ Comments and 500+ New Calls.
